Metalcam’s Customer Care Team is in charge of answering customers’ queries in a timely and reliable way, by offering a fast and flexible information service.
A team of 4 people regularly interfaces with customers, providing support from the PO acceptance right through to final inspection and shipping.
The main services provided by Metalcam’s Customer Care Team are:
- Weekly sending updates on orders’ production progress through OORs
Open Orders’ Reports are dedicated files providing detailed information about the manufacturing status of customers’ running orders. They list the main production steps, highlighting the operations already carried out and providing clear time frames for those operations still to be done.
- Specially arranging expediting visits with the possibility of visiting the various production departments where customers can verify for themselves the actual status of their forgings.
- Continuously checking and making sure that each production activity is carried out within the given timeframe and providing prompt answers to customers’ special requests, such as improving or postponing deliveries.
